Assistant VP-Baseball Auxiliary |
Responsible for over-seeing the Baseball Auxiliary by making sure that auxiliary members are scheduled to cover designated concession shifts as needed. Responsible for creating a schedule for all baseball teams to work concession shifts for each season and communicating schedule to website, board, coaches and teams. Supports and helps auxiliary members and concession workers during designated shifts. Assists the VP-Concessions as needed. |

Auxiliary Members (Baseball) |
Unlimited number of auxiliary members are needed to help run the concession stand. These individuals are responsible for over-seeing the operation of the concession stand during designated shifts. The more members who volunteer the fewer each will be responsible for. These individuals will help open and/or close the concession stand, making sure the kitchen is prepped and ready to serve when games begin. They help train and support team volunteers as needed during shifts. They help direct the team volunteers on clean-up and open/close of the concession stand. You don’t need experience. If you love working in the concession stand, this job is for you. You will be trained by our VP of concessions or VP of Auxiliary. We desperately need your help! |
